Due to the random nature of blind boxes, purchasing multiple does not ensure you will receive different styles. Duplicates may occur.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.Please therefore ensure you use the original packaging to safely pack and return the parcel to us. 
3. If the product has a quality issue, JOTOYS will cover the return shipping costs.
4. If there is no quality issue, and the product is unused and in its original packaging, customers may request a return or exchange within 7 business days after receiving the product, and JOTOYS will also cover the return shipping costs.
