4. Tracking & Notifications

5. International Shipping
Customs & Duties:
JOTOYS will cover all customs duties, taxes, and import fees for your order. The total amount displayed at checkout is the final price you pay. No additional charges will be requested upon delivery.

We will handle all customs documentation and processes. Delays due to customs inspections or regulatory disputes are exempt from liability.

Retain all packaging and documentation (including photos of damage).

Returns & Exchanges

If you find that the product packaging or the product itself is damaged or defective, we will offer a free exchange or refund and arrange the return of the product.
If the return is not due to product damage or quality issues, you must ensure that the product remains unused, in its original packaging, and with the tags attached. We will offer a free exchange or refund and arrange the return of the product.
Return/Exchange Fees :
If you request a return or refund within 7 business days of receiving the product, and the product remains unused and in its original packaging, we will cover the return shipping costs.
However, if you request a return or refund after the 8th business day, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any potential customs fees.
Non-Returnable Items:
