1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, United States, Canada, Australia, France, New Zealand, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Spain, United Kingdom.
2. Shipping Costs
Orders under $2.9.
Orders $30+: Free Standard Shipping.
Expedited shipping options (e.g., 2-day delivery) may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
3. Order Processing & Delivery Times
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Estimated Delivery:
Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR: 3–5 business days.
International: 5–12 business days (delays may occur due to customs).
4. Tracking & Notifications
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Monitor your package via the carrier’s website.

5. International Shipping
Customs & Duties:
JOTOYS will cover all customs duties, taxes, and import fees for your order. The total amount displayed at checkout is the final price you pay. No additional charges will be requested upon delivery.
Customs Clearance:
We will handle all customs documentation and processes. Delays due to customs inspections or regulatory disputes are exempt from liability.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
Retain all packaging and documentation (including photos of damage).
Report issues within 30 days of delivery to [jotoys-ec@jotoys.net]. We will assist with carrier claims or reshipments (if stock permits).
7. Address Errors & Order Changes
Ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate. We are not liable for delays/costs due to incorrect addresses.
Order modifications/cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase (before processing).
8. Holiday Delays
Delivery times may extend during peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas). Check our website for updates.
Returns & Exchanges
1. Eligibility
Returns/exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened collectibles (e.g., sealed toy boxes).
Personalized/customized products.
2. Return Process
Contact Us: Email [jotoys-ec@jotoys.net] with your order number and reason for return.
Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
Ship Back: Securely package the item and include the RMA number. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.
Refund: Processed within 7 business days of receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the replacement item is priced higher, you will be charged the difference.
4. Defective/Incorrect Items
We cover return shipping costs for orders with defects or errors on our part.
Provide photo/video evidence of the issue for faster resolution.
