Game rules

1. Hidden Style: A certain chance to win a secret edition among the series (also referred to as a chaser). 

2. If a secret figure is in the box, one basic figure might be replaced randomly.

3. The whole set contains 12 blind box (no repetition)

If you buy a whole box and get a repeated figure, please contact us, and we will find the best way to solve the problem. 

4. Single box: One figure per blind box

No one knows what is inside the box before it is opened.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.Please therefore ensure you use the original packaging to safely pack and return the parcel to us. 
3. For returns that are not due to product quality issues, a fixed return fee of $2.90 will be charged
4. If the product has a quality issue, JOTOYS will cover the return shipping costs.
