1. Within 7 business days after the date of delivery to request a return or refund via email.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.Please therefore ensure you use the original packaging to safely pack and return the parcel to us. 
3. If the product has a quality issue, JOTOYS will cover the return shipping costs.
